The previous grill service company that I hired, "My Grill Guy" came out to clean the grill and did a good job of cleaning. But when they left, my igniters did not work. The representative told me they would return to repair the grill but never showed up. I called the company and my phone call was never returned. That's when I contacted Borchardt's and spoke with Jo Kimberly. She was polite, efficient and very professional and setup an appointment very quickly.
