The representative told me they would return to repair the grill but never showed up. I called the company and my phone call was never returned. That's when I contacted Borchardt's and spoke with Jo Kimberly. She was polite, efficient and very professional and setup an appointment very quickly. Our grill sparkles! After a busy grilling season we really needed a great cleaning. Borchardt delivered! Superb results! They are the best! They even close our backyard gates so our puppies don’t get out.

What a pleasure to deal with conscientious, knowledgeable and professional service technicians. Jonathan has provided excellent service for my Lynx outdoor grill during the past 15 years. Most recently I had a problem with the sear station and he helped me navigate the warranty process. Having a lifetime warranty is one reason I purchased this grill and Jonathan makes sure I get the most value from my investment.
I was very pleased with the service that I received. The serviceman was polite and informative and the work was done well. One little hiccup, he told me that he was installing a new igniter and something else for the grill and in my mind that didn't translate to being charged more. It would have helped if he had specifically told me how much more I was going to be paying. Other than that great experience!
This team is super professional! I had no idea a grill could be so thoroughly cleaned. Our grills look new whenever they finish, and they always let us know if something needs further repair or replacement.
